Anna Lorch

Anna Lorch is the head of consumer product marketing, subscriptions at The Washington Post. She leads strategy for subscription growth and structure, new product development, and consumer messaging across the US and internationally. Prior to The Post, Lorch spent 15+ years at Marriott where she held global leadership roles across loyalty, brand, and CX. She also led loyalty marketing at AARP where she redesigned AARP Rewards, a content-based loyalty engagement platform.
Lorch teaches graduate classes in marketing, strategy, and innovation at Georgetown University. She holds a BA in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
