Eleanor Mills

Eleanor Mills is the founder and editor-in-chief of Noon.org.uk a new platform for women in midlife launched in 2021. An award-winning editor, interviewer and columnist, Eleanor spent 23 years at The Sunday Times, latterly as editorial director of the paper and editor of The Sunday Times Magazine.

From 2014 to 2021 Eleanor was chair of Women in Journalism UK where she spearheaded vital research into lack of diversity in the media, particularly around race and the ‘male lens’. Her publications include Cupcakes and Kalashnikovs: 100 Years of the Best Journalism by Women, published by Little Brown.

Mills is a founding board member of Reporters Sans Frontieres UK (Reporters Without Borders), and a former board member of the Society of Editors.
