Rachel is an NCTJ-qualified journalist, currently working as head of community at The Times. She previously held various audience roles across social, audio and community at The Telegraph, where she built an industry-leading Reddit strategy, engaging record visits from new markets, predominantly the US.
She is also the founder and CEO of the Young Journalist Network, a national organisation of early-career and aspiring journalists and media professionals, offering networking, career acceleration and mentorship opportunities.
