Valeriia Voshchevska is a Ukrainian activist, campaigner and digital strategist based in London, and the founder and CEO of Shape Change, a global impact studio helping purpose-driven organisations run strategic digital campaigns.
With a background in media and strategic communications — including as global head of digital engagement at Amnesty International — she has spent her career helping civil society organisations and grassroots movements harness social media to counter harmful narratives and mobilise for change.
Since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, she has used her own platform to build global solidarity and document wartime realities, while navigating the particular risks of visibility, suppression and misrepresentation that come with reporting on conflict in real time.
