Samantha Shepherd is digital projects co-ordinator at the Bournemouth Daily Echo.
She started her journalism career on a fortnightly paper, and has been a district, farming and business reporter, news agency hack, and women’s weekly features writer. She was news editor at the Gloucestershire Echo and sub-editor at Newsquest, before leaving to drive online development at the Bournemouth Daily Echo.
Shepherd is a graduate of the University of Cardiff, where she studied a Post-graduate Diploma in Journalism.
